We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing education recruitment team in Chelmsford.

As an Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting talented teachers and education professionals with schools across Essex. You will build relationships with candidates and schools, understand their requirements and provide a high-quality recruitment service from initial contact through to placement.

The Role Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals.


• Sourcing, interviewing and registering high-quality candidates.


• Matching candidates to suitable teaching and support opportunities.


• Developing new and existing client relationships.


• Managing the recruitment process and ensuring candidates receive excellent service.


• Working towards individual and team targets.


• Keeping up to date with the local education market and recruitment trends.


• Supporting candidates throughout their journey and providing regular communication.

About You We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is confident, resilient and motivated to succeed. Previous recruitment or sales experience would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. We are particularly interested in people who have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the determination to build a successful career.

You will need to be comfortable speaking with people at all levels, managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you will need to enjoy building relationships and have the drive to achieve your goals.
