About the Role
Tuckers Solicitors LLP is seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment and Talent Manager to support a significant period of national growth across the firm.
This role will focus on attracting high\-quality talent for both internal positions and consultant roles nationwide, including Duty Solicitors, Higher Court Advocates and Police Station Representatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting regional expansion, and ensuring the firm continues to attract exceptional legal professionals.
This is a fast\-paced role suited to someone resilient, highly organised, commercially aware, and confident working in a demanding environment. We are looking for someone proactive, tenacious, solutions\-focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for internal and consultant vacancies across the UK
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, legal networks and referrals
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of legal and non\-legal talent
- Support nationwide consultant recruitment campaigns in key growth regions
- Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and provide hiring recommendations
- Manage onboarding processes, including compliance and right\-to\-work checks
- Build relationships with external recruitment partners and legal networks
- Support employee engagement, retention and development initiatives
- Assist with performance review and succession planning processes
- Coordinate compliance and regulatory training requirements for legal professionals
- Conduct regular check\-ins and exit interviews to support retention strategies
- Work closely with senior leadership and regional teams to identify hiring needs and workforce planning priorities
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within legal or professional services
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, resilient and adaptable approach
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and candidates nationwide
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A commercially minded, can\-do attitude with a strong work ethic

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£50,000\.00 per year
