Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to join our team and provide valuable support across our Recruitment and Onboarding functions. Working closely with the wider team, you will assist with the recruitment process from candidate attraction and application through to onboarding, helping to ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates and new starters.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a busy team. You will provide administrative and coordination support, maintain accurate candidate information, assist with interview arrangements and onboarding requirements, and help ensure recruitment and onboarding processes are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Recruitment and Onboarding team throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Support the management and maintenance of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems, ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the recruitment team with candidate enquiries and help ensure candidates receive a positive and professional experience.
- Assist with pre\-employment and onboarding checks, including preparing and collating new starter documentation.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring required paperwork and information is completed accurately and within the required timescales.
- Assist with coordinating new starter requirements and communicating with relevant managers and departments.
- Help maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records and ensure information is stored appropriately.
- Support the team with recruitment\-related social media activity, job advertisements and employer branding initiatives.
- Build positive working relationships with candidates, managers and colleagues across the organisation.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Recruitment and HR function as required.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, coordination, HR administration or a similar people\-focused role is desirable.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, managers and colleagues.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems or other databases is desirable.
- A good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer\-based systems.
- Experience using social media or recruitment platforms to support candidate attraction would be advantageous.
- Positive, approachable and professional manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support where required.
- A genuine interest in recruitment, people and supporting candidates throughout their journey.
