The Role

Client: Goldman Sachs

Location: London, United Kingdom (4 days / week onsite)

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

What if your skills mattered more than your job title?

The role providesefficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing end\-to\-end administration support including requisition setup and management, helpdesk support, candidate checklist coordination, candidate care, offer administration, and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system

  • Supporting the recruitment function through a variety of ad‑hoc administrative tasks, such as updating the Operations Manual and maintaining process documentation

  • Preparing and maintaining reports and trackers with a high level of accuracy and in line with agreed deadlines

  • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and wider account stakeholders

  • Regularly reviewing recruitment processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Skills \& Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Recruitment Administration background

  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Experience of working within banking/finance or professional services environment.
