Join our Milton Keynes Technology Recruitment team, where you'll work alongside experienced recruiters supporting some of the world's leading organisations. You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative and fast-paced environment that delivers recruitment solutions to major national clients.

Due to continued growth across our national Technology business, we are investing further in our Technology recruitment capability. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter to join a well-established team, working on large-scale accounts with consistent hiring demand and significant opportunities for career progression. Your new role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruiter (180) to join our Milton Keynes office, supporting high-volume technology hiring across several strategic accounts.

As a Recruiter (180), your primary focus will be to proactively source, engage and manage technology professionals across a wide range of vacancies whilst working closely with account teams to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. Operating in a fast-moving environment, you'll be responsible for building talent pipelines, managing candidate processes and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The responsibilities of a Recruiter (180) include:

  • Source, interview, assess and engage high-quality technology professionals across multiple client accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels, networking activity and market engagement.

  • Manage a high volume of recruitment activity whilst maintaining quality and service excellence.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

  • Partner closely with account teams and hiring stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

  • Manage recruitment processes with pace, accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Share market intelligence, talent insights and best practice with the wider team.

  • Consistently deliver against agreed targets, service levels and account objectives.

  • Be customer-centric by understanding client priorities and matching the best talent to business needs.

What you'll need to succeed

You may already have recruitment experience or experience in a customer-focused, sales or delivery-driven environment. Most importantly, you'll be motivated, organised and eager to develop your career within a fast-paced recruitment setting.

  • Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences.

  • Motivated towards achieving results and developing professionally.

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to respond positively to changing priorities.

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support team success.

  • Curious, proactive and keen to develop market and industry knowledge.
