- End\-to\-end recruiting: Management of the entire recruiting process from needs analysis and contract offer to onboarding support.

- Organisation \& Stakeholder\-Management: Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus.
