What to Expect
Our EMEA Recruiting team at Tesla is currently looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to lead the hiring for our factory in Tilburg. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting both for high volume and Engineering roles and is committed to finding the very best talent. This role is based in Amsterdam and is expexted to travel regularly to the Tilburg factory where the hiring activity is primarely based.

What You'll Do* Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end cycle

• Set and manage expectations on the recruiting timeline with hiring manager, proactively addressing potential issues and bringing solutions


• Use data to assess and measure candidate funnel, recruiting performance and talent market


• Actively monitor and optimize recruiting funnel using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent


• Present data driven insights and updates to management and stakehodlers to inform hiring decisions and strategy


• Be an advocate for and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy


• Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in the Tesla environment


• Focus on providing a fantastic candidate experience at every opportunity, continuously looking for ways for us to do even better


• Provide training to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and skills


• Drive employer branding initiatives for the Tilburg remanufacturing site, including events, marketing activities and other efforts to strenghtnen Tesla's local brand and attract top talent

What You'll Bring* Track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and hiring both high volume and Engineering talent (ideally within the manufacturing environment)

• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans


• Digitally savvy \- ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems


• Performs well in an agile, fast\-paced environment where things change very quickly


• Ability to adapt to constantly changing/fluctuating targets and business needs


• Skills in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English
