Hours: 8.30am – 5pm core with flexibility needed

I am partnering with a growing financial firm in the heart of London who are seeking a polished, personable and confident candidate to join their team in a Front of House/Reception role. Acting as the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors alike.

• Act as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients and visitors


• Create a positive and professional experience for everyone entering the office


• Handle deliveries and manage incoming post

Prepare meeting rooms and ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard

• Assist with hospitality and office coordination


• Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times
