We are seeking a temporary Receptionist to cover our reception desk from June 4th to June 10th. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, friendly, and has experience in reception or administration. The position involves greeting visitors, managing phone and intercom communications, and handling parcel deliveries. This opportunity could lead to more temporary work for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.


• Answer and manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries.


• Operate the intercom system to ensure building security.


• Accept and sort parcels and other deliveries.


• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator is preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organised under pressure.


• Professional demeanor and appearance.
