About Us:

First formed in 1976 by the Group’s founder and owner Ronald Hull as a 6-acre site with a handful of employees, today there is not simply one business bearing the Ron Hull name, but a Group of Companies operating from 4 parallel licensed recycling sites in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. With over 200 staff covering 30 acres of factory premises, offices and Waste Transfer Station, the Ron Hull Group of Companies are an ever-expanding business in the Yorkshire region.

Receptionist - The Role:

You will be at the heart of our office operations, managing a varied range of administrative tasks while delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve handling incoming calls, managing customer accounts, and supporting the wider team during our busiest periods. You'll need to balance independent work with effective teamwork, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the business.

Receptionist - Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and provide professional customer service support

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records

  • Carry out general office administration tasks including data entry, filing and correspondence

  • Support the team during peak trading periods while managing your own workload

Receptionist - You:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally

  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Able to work under pressure during busy periods and manage multiple tasks

  • Organised with attention to detail in administrative duties
