Details of the Role:

• Contract Type: Temporary


• Part-Time Hours: 30 hours per week on a rota basis


• Location: Chelmsford, Essex

What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our patients, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.


• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.


• Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk calendar.


• Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.


• Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting healthcare staff as needed.


• Creating a positive and welcoming environment in our reception area.

• organised: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep the reception area running smoothly.


• Communicative: You excel in verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and understanding with patients and colleagues.


• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with healthcare management software is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important!
