Receptionist
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Receptionist.
This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to visitors and clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing a welcoming first impression for clients and visitors.
- Managing the front desk and meeting rooms for bookings and events.
- Handling switchboard calls.
- Booking meeting requests, client and internal events, and reservations.
- Allocating security passes.
- Preparing and submitting invoices.
- Liaising with other teams to ensure AV requirements and room set-ups are met and organised.
- Assisting with the setup of events held in-house.
- Updating the intranet.
- Checking kitchens and reporting maintenance issues.
- Assisting clients with basic reprographics tasks (eg. scanning, photocopying) and arranging travel or accommodation, as necessary.
Suitable candidates will have gained 1+ years prior Receptionist/ Front of House experience, within a law firm, professional services, or hotel environment.
We are seeking applicants with exemplary communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
