Receptionist – Holistic Healthcare Practice (Amsterdam)
We’re a busy holistic healthcare practice in Amsterdam with a clear mission: to help people unlock the body’s natural ability to heal and self\-regulate. Our community is steadily growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be the welcoming face of the practice, creating a positive healing experience from the moment they arrive. If you enjoy connecting with people and have a genuine interest in natural health, this could be the role for you.

Your responsibilities
- Creating a warm, friendly and safe environment for people to achieve the best results on their healing journey
- Opening and closing the practice
- Greeting and supporting clients throughout their visit
- Managing calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Processing invoices and payments
- Supporting client education on health and wellness
What we’re looking for
- Fluent Dutch and strong English skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confident, warm, and professional phone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player
- Based in Amsterdam and available for at least 5 shifts per week of around 5 hours each, including one shift on Saturday morning
