We're a modern, growing multidisciplinary clinic and we're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive receptionist who loves working with people, feels at home with technology and thrives when the day gets busy.

Your role

• Welcome patients and be the friendly face of the clinic


• Handle calls, emails and bookings in Polish and English


• Respond quickly and proactively to enquiries


• Keep our CRM system up to date and follow up with patients


• Manage diaries across our clinical team


• Support payments, records and general admin


• Adapt quickly to new IT and AI tools as our systems evolve

You'll bring

• Fluent Polish and English (essential, due to the needs of our patients)


• Confidence with computers and an openness to new technology


• Great organisation and a friendly, professional manner


• Reception or healthcare experience is a bonus, not a must. Full training provided.
