Hotel Fogo Amsterdam is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en leuke collega voor de positie Receptie Medewerker! Hotel Fogo maakt deel uit van een kleine hotel groep met 3 locaties in het centrum van Amsterdam en Hotel Fogo aan de rand van de stad nabij luchthaven Schiphol.

Als receptionist(e) zorg jij met jouw glimlach en warme gastvrijheid voor een geweldig eerste indruk. Als eerste aanspreekpunt bij de receptie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een hartelijk ontvangst. Je checkt gasten in en uit en voorziet hen van alle benodigde informatie.

Natuurlijk komen er ook andere receptietaken bij kijken. Zo neem je ook reserveringen aan en handel je deze moeiteloos af, zowel telefonisch als per mail. Administratieve werkzaamheden en facturatie behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket. Als receptioniste ben jij een echte multitasker en schakel je vlotjes tussen verschillende afdelingen binnen het hotel om onze gasten de best mogelijke service te bieden. En als het druk is, ben jij er snel bij om een handje te helpen op andere plekken in het hotel. Denk aan het checken van kamers of ondersteuning tijdens het serveren van het dagelijkse ontbijt. Jij bent dus meer dan alleen een receptioniste.

• Wie ben jij? Jij bent full of parttime en flexibel beschikbaar van maandag t/m zondag, tussen de 24 en 38 uur per week (zowel ochtend\- als avonddiensten). Gastvrijheid zit in je bloed en 'nee' bestaat niet. Voorts ben je super\-vriendelijk, snel, energiek, hands\-on, beleefd, besluitvaardig en efficiënt.

Hotel Fogo Amsterdam is looking for a motivated and reliable colleague for the position of Front Office Receptionist! Hotel Fogo is part of a small hotel group with 3 locations in the center of Amsterdam and Hotel Fogo on the edge of the city near Schiphol Airport.

As a receptionist, you create a great first impression with your smile and warm hospitality. As the first point of contact at reception, you are responsible for a warm welcome. You check guests in and out and provide them with all necessary information.

Of course, there are also other reception tasks involved. You are able to proceed reservations and handle them effortlessly, both by telephone and by email. Administrative work and invoicing are also part of your duties. As a receptionist you are a real multitasker and you switch smoothly between different departments within the hotel to provide our guests with the best possible service. And when it is busy, you are quick to lend a hand in other places in the hotel. Consider checking rooms or providing support during breakfast serving. You are more than just a receptionist.

Who are you? You are available full or part\-time and flexibly from Monday to Sunday, between 24 and 38 hours per week (both morning and evening shifts). Hospitality is in your blood and there is no such thing as 'no'. Furthermore, you are super\-friendly, fast, energetic, hands\-on, polite, decisive and efficient.
