The team at Boutique Hotel Oosteinde in Amsterdam is looking for a colleague who is friendly, hospitable, and energetic. Someone who has a passion for the beautiful hotel profession and always finds a way to make each guest's experience unique and unforgettable. A natural talent in providing service and always carrying out tasks with a smile. Someone who is proactive, positive, and solution\-oriented. Someone for whom hospitality is second nature and excels in handling guests' questions, comments, and complaints. Someone for whom it's natural to work professionally, pleasantly, efficiently, and accurately. Someone who enjoys working varied shifts and finds working in different shifts enjoyable. The position can be filled between 16 and 32 hours per week, also on weekends and/or holidays, with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

We do ask a few things of you:

You have followed a relevant education to fill this challenging position at our reception. An education, secondary hotel school, reception training, or tourism education at least at the MBO level. Preferably, you have several years of experience and speak and write fluent and English, preferably even a second foreign language. You are an authentic host or hostess and enjoy exceeding guests' expectations. You are flexible, hardworking, a team player, and above all, a great colleague. You are representative and know what's going on in Amsterdam and the area around the hotel. Hospitality is in your blood, and 'no' is not an option. Furthermore, you are super\-friendly, fast, energetic, hands\-on, polite, decisive, and efficient.

You can count on a salary in accordance with the Hospitality Collective Labor Agreement, scale V, and excellent secondary employment conditions.
