The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Sheffield city centre. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a professional and personable Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a modern legal practice that prides itself on delivering an excellent client experience.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and incoming calls
- Managing the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, DX, and deliveries
- Booking meeting rooms and preparing them for client meetings
- Providing administrative support to legal teams where required
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic data entry
- Supporting general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential
- Competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000
