Receptionist/ assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service. Full time or part time considered (minumum 3 days a week)
Responsibilities
\- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
\- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
\- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling and record\-keeping
\- Maintain an organised filing system for documents
\- Type and distribute correspondence as needed
\- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
\- Provide general administrative and clerical support
\- Assist patients with basic hearing aid service and repair in addition to dealing with face to face queries
Requirements
\- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
\- Excellent phone and face to face etiquette and communication skills
\- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
\- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
\- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential
Pay: From £26,500\.00 per year
