Reception Manager – Velvet Hotel, Manchester

Velvet Hotel is seeking an experienced and reliable Reception Manager to lead our front office operation in the heart of Canal Street, Manchester.

This is a hands\-on role responsible for front desk operations, rota and holiday planning, team learning \& development, guest review management, breakfast operations, stock ordering/deliveries, and maintaining quality standards across guest\-facing areas.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous hotel experience

  • Learns quickly and leads by example

  • Is organised, reliable and operationally driven

  • Takes pride in developing strong teams

  • Contributes positively to a highly aligned hotel operation

40 hours per week, flexibility required including weekends and occasional nights.
