How will it be to work with us?
- Welcoming visitors and clients while managing check\-ins and visitor records.
- Handling calls, emails, and serving as the first point of contact for guests and employees.
- Managing mail, deliveries, and courier services efficiently.
- Supporting daily office operations, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Ensuring the office remains organized, stocked, and welcoming.

You may not have seen us at Barcelona Airport, but there’s a reason for that—you’ll understand when you get to know us! Our HQ is in a top area, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and services.
Our home is Barcelona, in a new, really nice office full of life and team activities. We enjoy being together and building things side by side, so we work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home, a setup that requires being comfortable spending regular time in the office, as full remote is not available

Ready to join us?
What will make you succeed in this position:
- 2\+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or office support.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a strong plus.
- Organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Passion for aviation and interest in the airline industry.
- Immediate availability is considered a plus.
