What You Will Do
The Rebranding Manager will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of a comprehensive rebranding programme across the UK Landbased Security business.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of the rebranding roadmap, ensuring the new brand identity is implemented consistently, professionally and efficiently across all relevant customer, employee, operational and physical touchpoints.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong programme management, stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Procurement, Fleet, Facilities, IT and Communications, as well as external suppliers and partners.
You will be responsible for turning the agreed brand strategy into a structured, practical implementation plan while ensuring business\-as\-usual operations and customer service are maintained throughout the transition.
How You Will Do It
Rebranding Programme Management
- Develop and own the end\-to\-end UK Landbased Security rebranding programme, including clear milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery dates.
- Translate the overall rebranding strategy into detailed implementation plans across the business.
- Establish appropriate programme governance, reporting and escalation processes.
- Track progress against agreed timelines and provide regular updates to the General Manager and wider leadership team.
- Identify potential risks, delays and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality, cost and delivery.
Coordinate the rollout of the agreed brand identity across relevant areas of the Landbased Security business, which may include:
- Offices and operational locations
- External and internal signage
- Company vehicles and fleet
- Workwear and uniforms
- Employee identification and access materials
- Customer documentation
- Sales and proposal collateral
- Digital and online assets
- Presentations and templates
- Operational documentation
- Customer communications
- Supplier and partner materials
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of coordination for the rebranding programme.
- Build effective relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
- Engage operational teams to understand the practical impact of proposed changes.
- Coordinate activity across functions to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
- Work with corporate Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment with wider brand requirements.
- Maintain clear and regular communication throughout the programme so employees understand what is changing, when it is changing and what is expected of them.
- Work with Procurement to identify and manage external suppliers required to support the rebranding programme.
- Coordinate quotations, specifications, production schedules and installations.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed quality, cost and delivery expectations.
- Manage rebranding budgets and provide visibility of forecast versus actual expenditure.
- Identify opportunities to achieve efficiencies through coordinated purchasing, phased implementation and the use of existing replacement cycles where appropriate.
- Support the General Manager and leadership team in creating engagement around the new brand.
- Develop a clear implementation and communications approach for employees and relevant external stakeholders.
- Ensure changes are communicated in a structured and timely manner.
- Work closely with managers to minimise disruption to customers and operational teams.
- Identify areas of resistance, uncertainty or risk and develop appropriate interventions.
- Help create a strong sense of ownership and pride in the new identity across the Landbased Security organisation.
- Establish processes to ensure the new identity is implemented consistently.
- Maintain appropriate records covering rollout status, spend, suppliers, risks and outstanding actions.
- Conduct reviews or audits following implementation to identify areas requiring correction.
- Ensure legacy branding is removed or replaced in accordance with the agreed transition plan.
- Work with relevant functions to ensure legal, regulatory, contractual, security and health \& safety requirements are considered throughout implementation.
Essential
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects, programmes or business change initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- Strong organisational and planning capability.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and external suppliers.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without necessarily having direct line\-management responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex, fast\-moving organisation.
- Strong attention to detail while retaining a clear view of overall programme objectives.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of delivery.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Previous experience delivering a corporate rebrand, brand transition or major organisational change programme.
- Experience within the fire, security, building technologies or engineering services sector.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed, multi\-site organisation.
- Experience managing fleet, property, signage or other physical brand transformations.
- Formal project or programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent.
- Experience supporting businesses through acquisition, integration, divestment or organisational transformation.
Success in this role will mean:
- The rebranding programme is delivered safely, on time and within agreed budget.
- Customers experience minimal disruption throughout the transition.
- The brand is implemented consistently across UK Landbased Security operations.
- Employees understand the change and are engaged with the new identity.
- Leadership has clear visibility of progress, cost, risks and outstanding actions.
- Suppliers and internal stakeholders deliver against clearly defined requirements.
- Legacy branding is systematically identified and removed.
- The programme leaves behind clear brand governance to ensure standards are maintained after implementation.
