Our client is a luxury real estate company looking for an Operations Manager to join their busy, fast paced office based in Central London. As Operations Coordinator, your role will be varied and interesting. You will be supporting a large team and will be their go to for operational processes, CRM and marketing and comms needs.
This is a permanent role where you will be able to grow and develop alongside and exciting and forward thinking company.

Key responsibilities:
Supporting advisors with their day to day operational queries
Manage the CRM and workflows
Creating new processes and procedures to enable the office to run more smoothly
Managing all marketing requests such as campaigns, trackers, PR activity and internal comms
Train new starters with operational procedures

About you:
To apply for this role, you must have previous experience of working in real estate in a support role
Strong experience of managing CRM and workflow sustems
Strong tech skills
Organised, strategic and with a great eye for details
