We look after hotels, retail outlets, and commercial properties. When something breaks, leaks, or needs proofing, we fix it.

• A true Multi\-Trader: You’re a jack\-of\-all\-trades who can handle a bit of everything (roofing, minor plumbing, carpentry, general repairs).


• Problem Solver: You can look at a problem on\-site and figure out a practical fix.


• Reliable \& Professional: You take pride in your work and represent us well in front of clients (hotels, shops, etc.).


• Your Own Gear: You’ll need your own tools and reliable transport.

Note on hours: Because this is reactive maintenance, work can be fast\-paced and varied. We have daytime slots and occasional evening call\-outs for those who want the extra hours.

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
