Care Support Workers Wanted

Cherish Group are looking for people with strong core values to provide care and support to elderly people living in their own homes after a hospital stay. This specific role although has home care aspects, focus' more on the reablement of clients. Assessing their progress and rehabilitation, implementing any additional resources and monitoring any declines.

We offer full time and part time hours including alternate weekends. Our current available shift patterns are 7am\-3pm and 3pm\-11pm.
