Your mission in our team As a System Integration Engineer, you will ensure our technical solutions are functionally and operationally flawless. You will drive the integration strategy from gap analysis to final validation, guaranteeing the successful deployment of our cutting\-edge mobility systems globally. You’ll make a difference by
Identifying project needs and executing gap analyses to drive updates in User Requirement Specifications (URS).
Designing and executing comprehensive test, commissioning, and integration plans for advanced railway systems.
Driving integration tests both in our state\-of\-the\-art laboratories and on\-site to ensure seamless deployment.
Collaborating closely with Headquarters and System Management teams to define precise requirement specifications.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by automating processes and applying lessons learned across projects. Your success is grounded in
3\+ years of solid experience in system testing, requirements management, traceability, and incidence resolution.
Deep understanding of railway systems, specifically ERTMS L1/L2 (on\-board and trackside) and Interlocking.
Proven background working with System Integration and System Test Benches in international environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer\-focused mindset and proactive attitude.
Fluency in English and readiness to travel to support global project deployments. You’ll thrive even more if you also bring
Previous experience with Siemens products and system development methodologies.
