General responsibilities:
- Leading teams to deliver excellent service across bar and retail areas
- Overseeing event set\-up and clear\-down to company standards
- Acting as the main point of contact on the day, resolving guest and operational issues
- Delivering staff briefings and supporting teams throughout events
- Managing stock, tills, PDQs and cash handling in line with procedures
- Liaising with Area Managers to ensure smooth event delivery
- Supervisory or management experience in bar, catering or events
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and create a positive working environment
- Ability to recognise high\-performing team members and support their development
- This role requires you to be over the age of 18
Supervisor \- £17\.78 per hour
Manager \- £21\.10 per hour
Position is dependant on requirements for the shift, but you have potential to work in either.
