R-R Specialist

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes


• Prepare and process journals accurately and within deadlines


• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies


• Support intercompany accounting and reconciliations


• Maintain accurate financial data and ensure strong data integrity


• Follow established processes, controls and finance procedures


• Assist with financial reporting requirements


• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders


• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and automation


• Work collaboratively with finance teams and stakeholders across the wider business


• Support ongoing system and process developments

About You We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within R2R, general ledger or a similar accounting role


• Has a good understanding of month-end processes, journals and balance sheet reconciliations


• Is confident working with ERP/accounting systems


• Has strong Excel skills


• Is organised, accurate and comfortable working to deadlines


• Has a proactive approach and enjoys identifying ways to improve processes


• Has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team


• Is studying towards an accounting qualification or has relevant finance experience

• £35,000 - £38,000 salary
