Quotes & Purchasing Co-ordinator
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Quotes \& Purchasing Co\-ordinator to join our prototype (Fast Track) team. You will be responsible for the costing up and purchasing of electronic components and materials required for the manufacture of printed circuit board and box build assemblies within our Fast Track department in a timely, accurate and competitive manner. A part of the Incap UK strategy, there is a strong focus on growing our customer base and turnover.
Main responsibilities
- To obtain electronic component pricing from approved suppliers and check for suitable alternatives where the prime item is not available.
- To obtain bare board pricing to align with the customer requirements from Incap approved suppliers.
- To accurately enter into spreadsheets the pricing, lead\-times, minimum order quantities and any other relevant information.
- Highlight risk and assumptions in the costed Bill of Materials.
- To work to target completion times.
- To raise purchase orders with our approved suppliers and expedite delivery dates.
- To communicate effectively with other team members regarding the status of materials.

- Strong understanding of EMS manufacturing, printed circuit boards, box build and supply chain
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday \- 8\.5 hours
Friday \- 5 hours
Annual company bonus depending on reaching company targets
Summer and Christmas parties
Extra day holiday for each complete year of service up to 6 days
Pay: £26,659\.84 per year
