Contractor Side Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, working for a leading fit\-out contractor delivering high\-quality commercial interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on the contractor side and a strong understanding of fit\-out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing project costs from pre\-construction through to final account


• Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports


• Procurement and management of subcontract packages


• Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor accounts


• Assisting with tender pricing and commercial submissions


• Monitoring project budgets and ensuring commercial targets are achieved


• Working closely with project managers and site teams to deliver successful projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a QS working for a contractor


• Experience within commercial fit\-out/interiors preferred


• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred
