Requirements

eutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Quality Transformation and Governance Lead to join a strategic Quality Transformation program within an international and highly regulated environment.

Your Role:

As a Management Review Lead, you will play a key role in transforming and modernizing Management Review processes by connecting quality performance, compliance, operational risks and business decision\-making.

You will act as a bridge between Quality, Operations and Leadership teams to support the evolution of governance practices across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and assess current Management Review practices and identify improvement opportunities


• Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations and cross\-functional stakeholders


• Translate complex QMS and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations


• Support the design and implementation of future governance frameworks and review models


• Contribute to strategic quality transformation initiatives and workshops


• Perform benchmarking and best\-practice analysis within regulated environments


• Ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives


• Support implementation activities across sites and functions


• Prepare reports, governance materials and management presentations

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Management, Governance or Management Review environments


• Strong experience with Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems (QMS)


• Solid knowledge of GMP / GDP regulations and Management Review processes


• Proven ability to work autonomously in complex international environments


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills


• Ability to bridge strategy and operations effectively


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Experience interpreting performance trends and quality data


• Familiarity with quality governance frameworks and transformation initiatives is a plus


• Knowledge of Qlik or Power BI is considered an advantage
