eutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Quality Transformation and Governance Lead to join a strategic Quality Transformation program within an international and highly regulated environment.
Your Role:
As a Management Review Lead, you will play a key role in transforming and modernizing Management Review processes by connecting quality performance, compliance, operational risks and business decision\-making.
You will act as a bridge between Quality, Operations and Leadership teams to support the evolution of governance practices across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and assess current Management Review practices and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Operations and cross\-functional stakeholders
- Translate complex QMS and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the design and implementation of future governance frameworks and review models
- Contribute to strategic quality transformation initiatives and workshops
- Perform benchmarking and best\-practice analysis within regulated environments
- Ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives
- Support implementation activities across sites and functions
- Prepare reports, governance materials and management presentations
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Management, Governance or Management Review environments
- Strong experience with Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Solid knowledge of GMP / GDP regulations and Management Review processes
- Proven ability to work autonomously in complex international environments
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to bridge strategy and operations effectively
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience interpreting performance trends and quality data
- Familiarity with quality governance frameworks and transformation initiatives is a plus
- Knowledge of Qlik or Power BI is considered an advantage
