Within our modern production facility, Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) work closely together toward one common goal: delivering safe, effective, and reliable products to patients worldwide.

At the Center of Excellence Quality, we are looking for an enthusiastic and quality\-driven:

Quality Release Officer
In this role, you will collaborate daily with colleagues from:

• Packaging and Production


• Quality Control Laboratories


• Qualified Persons (QPs)


• Quality Assurance


• Supply Chain and other supporting departments

This collaboration gives you a unique position within the organization where you have a direct impact on the quality and availability of our products.

What Will You Do?
As a Quality Release Officer, you are a vital link between quality, production, and compliance. You monitor the quality of processes and products and actively contribute to fostering a strong quality culture within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Assessing and supporting deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and market complaints.


• Promoting quality awareness within the production site.


• Representing Quality in multidisciplinary projects.


• Advising and supporting colleagues with GMP\-related questions and quality systems.


• Contributing to the introduction of new products and processes from a quality perspective.


• Reviewing and authorizing GMP documentation, including:

+ SOPs
+ Validation and qualification documentation
+ Change controls
+ Quality\-related procedures

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating quality enhancements.

What do you bring?

You are a critical thinker who values quality highly. You work meticulously, communicate easily with various stakeholders, and feel responsible for delivering the highest quality standards.

Additionally, you have:

• A completed Bachelor’s (BSc) or Master’s (MSc) degree in:

+ Pharmacy
+ Life Sciences
+ Chemistry
+ Process Technology
+ Or a similar field

• Experience as Quality Assurance Officer, Quality Release Officer, or in a similar quality role within a GMP environment

Or:

• A completed MSc degree with relevant internship experience in pharmaceutical production

In addition, you have:

• Experience with GMP regulations


• Proficiency in both Dutch and English


• Strong communication skills


• A proactive and result\-oriented work approach

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with packaging technology


• Experience within Quality Control


• Knowledge of SAP
