What we are looking for: \- Project documentation; QM Plan, Process Flow Chart, Inspection Instruction \- Determining measurement and analysis methods and the measurement tools to be used for part and final product inspection \- Coordination of improvement measures with multidisciplinary (international) teams in case of quality issues with significant impact on customer satisfaction \- Advising the Material Review Board (MRB) on rejected parts and co\-deciding on the outcome \- Supporting the organization during feasibility studies and creating product requirements related to production processes of (international) suppliers \- Participating in consultation structures with clients, suppliers, and certification authorities (English and German) \- Managing PQ team members

What we expect from you

What qualifications must you meet: \- Higher professional education (HBO) work and/or thinking level, preferably in the technical field \- At least 5 years of experience in a technical environment with a quality system \- Leadership/management capabilities \- Experience with audit techniques or internal auditor training; Lead Auditor is a plus \- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt \- Knowledge of international quality systems such as ISO 9001 and AQAP \- Experience with automated systems such as MS Office; knowledge of Agile and SAP is a plus \- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and applying measurement and control techniques \- Knowledge of standards for approval and rejection, quality procedures, and relevant safety and environmental regulations \- Good command of the English language; German is a plus
