Quickmach Engineering is a leading sub\-contract manufacturer with 75\+ skilled employees. We specialise in producing intricate precision\-machined components for the Aerospace, Medical, and Oil \& Gas industries.

We're seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our growing team and help us maintain the highest quality standards!

Working Pattern:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 \- 16:00

Friday: 07:30\-12:30

Key Responsibilities

• Dimensional and visual inspection of CNC machined components to tight tolerances


• Verification of subcontract plating and painting processes


• Visual and mechanical inspection using a wide range of metrology equipment including CMM's


• Completion of inspection reports


• Accurately reporting non\-conformance


• Equipment calibration

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications


• Good attention to detail


• Analytical and methodical mindset


• High level of integrity


• Good communication skills


• Willingness to learn and ability to investigate, cross reference, and problem solve


• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
