Their South Yorkshire based facility is one of the largest manufacturing sites in the group and a centre of excellence for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Analysis of non\-conformity figures to determine necessary improvement Quality plans together with the internal or external process owner and execute \& follow up progress of these plans.
· Support internal organization with Quality Assurance tools like 8D, A3s, 3Cs including facilitating such activities.
· Participate in New Product Development (NPD) and Non\-NPD projects
· Maintenance and improvement of the Quality system of the company (ISO 9001:2015\). This includes the definition of procedures and work instructions together with the process owners.
· Plan and execute internal audits (product/process/system/Health\&Safety).
· Coordinate external product and system audits including follow up of open points.
- Collaborating with supply chain teams to address component non\-compliance.
- Developing and analysing quality KPIs to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
Required Education/ Knowledge:
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards
· Knowledge on Quality Assurance tools 8D, DFMEA, PFMEA, DoE,
· Certified Internal Auditor
- Basic Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
- Multilevel communication skills
The hours of work are 38\.5 hours per week over 5 days, Mon\-Fri 5\. The successful candidate will be remunerated with a competitive salary and package. Salary up to £32,000 per annum pending experience.

Pay: Up to £32,000\.00 per year
