Are you a Quality Manager or Compliance professional with experience working within engineering or manufacturing environments looking to join a well-established business offering long-term stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to play a key role in driving quality and compliance standards across the organisation?

This company is a long-established UK manufacturing business specialising in high-performance industrial materials used across multiple sectors including transport, aerospace, energy, and consumer products. With a strong technical reputation and decades of industry expertise, the company focuses on innovation, customer partnership, and delivering tailored solutions from development through to full-scale production.

In this role you will lead internal, external, and supplier audits, ensure ongoing regulatory and customer compliance, and work closely with multiple departments to improve systems and processes. You will also support customer enquiries and orders from a compliance perspective while maintaining key documentation and approvals.

This position would suit a Quality Manager or Compliance professional from an engineering or manufacturing background who is confident managing quality systems, leading audits, and improving operational compliance standards.

The Role

• Maintain and retain approvals including ISO9001, AS9100, and customer-specific accreditations


• Lead internal, external, and supplier audits


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across compliance systems


• Conduct compliance reviews at enquiry and order stages


• Create and maintain documentation supporting compliance processes


• Monitor and improve quality and compliance procedures

The Person

• Quality Engineering / Compliance Manager background


• Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems


• Engineering or manufacturing industry experience
