Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Supplier Quality and Development

This position combines the working fields of Project, Quality, and Supplier Management. As a Quality Engineer (f/m/d) for Investment Castings, you will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality standards in the production of hot gas components for gas turbines supplier network. Your main responsibility will be to maintain highest quality standards throughout the production process. This includes planning and implementing continuous improvement activities and conducting technical reviews at supplier locations in Europe and Asia. Building strong supplier relationships will be essential to ensure timely execution of quality improvements and maintaining schedules for both new product implementation and series production How You’ll Make an Impact* Drive quality improvement initiatives in close collaboration with our suppliers to enhance casting quality for hot gas components

• Lead supplier related continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce non conformance costs, and ensure compliance with quality standards


• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets


• Drive cost and lead time reduction initiatives together with our suppliers


• Contribute to operational excellence through close cooperation with suppliers and cross functional teams

What You Bring* A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Extensive experience in quality methodologies, and manufacturing management


• A strong background in working with cross\-functional teams, preferred in turbine hot gas parts


• Project management expertise, strong organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities


• Fluency in English and German; additional languages is a plus


• Intercultural competence and readiness for approximately 25% travel
