We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Quality Engineer who is passionate about manufacturing quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to work in a fast\-growing technology company where your work will directly influence product quality, manufacturing performance, and customer satisfaction.

As part of our Quality team, you will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure our electronics assembly processes consistently deliver high\-quality products while supporting the continuous development of our production capabilities.

The Role
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that products and processes consistently meet internal standards, customer requirements, and industry expectations. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and the QHSE team, you will drive quality improvements, support root cause investigations, and help build scalable quality processes as the company continues to grow. This role combines hands\-on involvement in manufacturing operations with analytical problem\-solving and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance \& Process Improvement


• Support and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS)


• Monitor product and process quality performance through data analysis and reporting


• Drive investigations of non\-conformities and customer complaints


• Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and defect reduction


• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations


• Support the implementation of inspection and testing procedures


• Review manufacturing documentation and quality records


• Assist in developing quality control plans and inspection criteria


• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records

What We Are Looking For

• Experience from electronics manufacturing, electronics assembly (PCBA), EMS, electromechanical products, or other high\-tech manufacturing environments


• Strong understanding of quality tools and structured problem\-solving methodologies


• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation


• Strong analytical skills with a data\-driven approach


• Comfortable working hands\-on in a production environment


• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline


• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems


• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 8D, or Lean methodologies


• Experience supporting audits and corrective action processes


• Familiarity with ERP and quality management systems


• Experience working in highly regulated or high\-performance manufacturing environments.
