Salary: Circa £40 - 45k + Annual Discretionary Bonus
Bennett & Game Recruitment are partnering with a well-established engineering and technical services organisation seeking to appoint a Quality Engineer to join their expanding quality team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business that has recently invested significantly in strengthening its quality function in response to sustained growth and increasing customer quality expectations.
Quality Engineer - Responsibilities • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures.
- Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Work closely with operational and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist with customer quality requirements, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Support the reduction of non-conformance and the overall cost of poor quality across the business.
- Background within engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related technical environment.
- Good understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience conducting investigations, audits, and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant quality qualifications would be advantageous.
