Quality & Compliance Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality \& Compliance Manager to join our team at our Kingscourt site. This is a key leadership role within our Extrusion Centre of Excellence, where you will play a vital part in shaping and maintaining a best\-in\-class Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and group standards.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director for Extrusion, you will be responsible for championing a culture of continuous improvement, driving quality excellence, and embedding robust compliance practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 37301 and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the management team to drive quality performance and operational excellence
- Champion a continuous improvement culture, with a strong focus on root cause analysis and customer complaint resolution
- Collaborate across all departments to provide guidance, support, and leadership on quality standards and processes
- Implement and drive Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives to reduce non\-conformances and achieve KPI targets
- Develop and communicate quality and compliance strategies across all levels of the business
- Lead internal audits and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of quality systems
- Support the Extrusion Centre of Excellence in delivering best practices and standardisation in compliance management
- Analyse system performance and lead corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
About You
We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about quality and compliance.
Essential:
- Degree or Diploma (Level 7 minimum) in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in a quality or compliance role within manufacturing
- Recognised qualification in Quality Management
- Demonstrable experience delivering measurable quality improvements
- Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions\-focused approach
