Overview:

An experienced QA professional working autonomously to oversee quality activities across complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Location: Central London
Contract: 12-month FTC

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead batch disposition: review records, resolve issues, assess deviations/OOS/OOT, update systems

  • Approve QA documentation: QMS records, artwork, packaging, procedures

  • Support artwork and labelling lifecycle

  • Drive root cause analysis, product impact assessments, and CAPAs

  • Support product launches, packaging validation, and artwork tracking

  • Collaborate with external manufacturing partners and support QP release

  • Act as QA lead for deviations, CAPAs, and improvements

  • Monitor quality trends, risks, and support change control

  • Maintain quality data and performance metrics

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Life Sciences

  • GMP/GDP experience, including batch release (essential)

  • Knowledge of packaging, labelling, and artwork processes

  • Experience with investigations and root cause analysis

  • Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excel proficiency (formulas/macros)
