Purpose Statement:

Provide Process/Quality Engineering support to manufacturing to ensure delivery of the highest quality product to the customer.
Support product development teams to help ensure development of high\-quality new products.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
- Identify manufacturing process defects (scrap, non\-conforming material, complaints); perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective/preventative actions.
- Support development of product quality plans, specifications, risk analyses, and FMEA.
- Use process monitoring systems to identify critical steps and reduce process variation.
- Assist product/process improvement efforts using quality metrics and analysis.
- Apply and develop proficiency in quality tools and training materials.
- Participate in validation activities (protocol/report writing, execution).
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate in Field Discrepancy Notification (FDN) investigations.

- NFQ Level 7 qualification (or equivalent. Full credits).
- 2\+ years relevant experience (or equivalent).
