Quality Assurance Coordinator

This permanent role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern of one day per week in the office. Offering a salary of £30,000–£33,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this opportunity is ideal for a graduate, placement year student, or someone looking to build a career in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and start on 13th July 2026.

Quality Assurance Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:

  • • Process incoming audit reports and carry out quality checks against established procedures

  • • Review audit submissions to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with certification criteria

  • • Monitor dashboards daily and prioritise reports for processing

  • • Respond to email queries and liaise with external audit partners and internal stakeholders

  • • Verify member eligibility and issue certifications in line with required standards

  • • Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement projects across the team

Quality Assurance Coordinator - Key Skills:
  • • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing data

  • • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving

  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • • Interest in responsible business practices, sustainability, or ethical trade

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, takes pride in producing accurate work, and is keen to develop specialist knowledge within a quality assurance environment. Previous experience with quality management systems, auditing, reporting, or ISO 9001 processes would be advantageous, but transferable skills and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
