Quality Assurance Admin Assistant (Cyber)
IASME is committed to helping organisations improve their cyber security through an effective and accessible range of certifications. We are looking for a highly organised Administrator to support our cyber assurance programmes.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment, and who has a genuine interest in cyber security (you don’t need to be a cyber expert—curiosity, attention to detail, and a structured approach matter most). You’ll be responsible for keeping processes moving, maintaining accurate records across systems, coordinating stakeholders, and providing clear, professional communication to assessors and applicants.
A large part of the success of our rapidly growing company is due to the diversity of our team. This allows us to see things differently, approach old problems in a fresh way and offer new solutions. Fairness and inclusion are central to our business and we bring these values to everything we do.
This role offers a mix of working from home and in the office. A BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check will be required for this role.

- Arrange and coordinate meetings between Assessors and Moderators, including scheduling, agendas, joining details, and follow\-ups to support timely resolution of queries.
- Multitask across competing priorities, switching between tickets, CRM updates, scheduling, and stakeholder communications while maintaining attention to detail.
- Carry out additional tasks as required and adapt to changing responsibilities, which may expand or adjust in line with business needs.
