Qualified Social Worker, Community Team, Norfolk Council
Pay rate to £34 per hour
Contract role

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Older People’s Community Team in Norfolk Council.
Social Workers within West Norfolk for a period of initially 3 months, these will be with the older person/physical disability team based at Priory House in King’s Lynn covering the whole of West Norfolk.
The role will be task specific, and you will be required to undertake Care Act Assessment, MCA and Safeguarding cases.
You can join us as part of our community team, holding your own caseload and fully supported by our friendly teams.
