Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse P/Time 3-4 days a week
Mere Dental Practice is seeking a qualified/trainee dental nurse with experience for a private general dental practice.
We are a well\-established dental practice, committed to providing exceptional dental care to our patients.
Currently looking for a part time candidate to work 3\-4 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients throughout their dental procedures. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about dentistry and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our patients' oral health. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential qualities we seek in our Dental Nurses as reception duties are included in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Assisting dentists and hygienists during dental procedures
\- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready
\- Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
\- Providing chairside support to dentists and hygienists
\- Taking and developing dental x\-rays
\- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
\- Answering calls, arranging appointments and other reception duties
Requirements:
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\- Ability to work well in a fast\-paced environment
\- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
\- Knowledge of dental software and digital imaging systems is a plus
\- Fluent in English with speaking, reading and writing
\- Dental Nursing qualification or relevant experience
\- GDC registration (or in the process of registration)
