Qualified Management Accountant Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 per annum

We are seeking a commercially focused and detail-oriented Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing hospitality business based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Monitor and report on key business KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Support senior management with commercial and financial insights
- Analyse revenue, labour, and cost trends across hospitality operations
- Assist with cash flow management and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting standards
- Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Previous experience within the hospitality, leisure, or retail sector preferred
- Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
- Proven ability to develop and analyse KPIs
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Central London office location
