Qualified Dental Nurse

Our brand new state of the art private dental clinic in the heart of Toddington, will be opening in the Autumn 2026\. We pride ourselves in offering a full range of high quality and affordable dental treatments to the residents of Toddington and surrounding Bedfordshire areas.

Duties:
\- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
\- Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment
\- Take and develop dental x\-rays
\- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
\- Perform basic dental procedures such as cleanings and fluoride treatments
\- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date medical records
\- covering reception desk when required
\- Take and record vital signs of patients
\- Ensure proper infection control protocols are followed
\- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow

Qualifications:
\- Previous experience as a Qualified Dental Nurse.

\- Excellent time management skills \& work ethic
\- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
\- Current certification in dental nursing
\- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
\- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
\- Familiarity with medical coding and billing practices
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to work well in a team environment
\- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Expected hours: ranging from 36\-43 per week

• 5 Days a week


• 36 \-43 Hours a week generally.
