Duties

  • Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized appropriately

  • Provide compassionate patient care by explaining treatments, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient comfort throughout appointments

  • Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times

  • Support infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean clinical environment

  • Organize appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring smooth patient flow and minimal waiting times

  • Communicate clearly with patients in fluent English, providing instructions for post\-treatment care and follow\-up appointments

  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of organizational efficiency and excellent service delivery
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or similar role within a healthcare or dental setting

  • Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Knowledge of nursing principles, infection control procedures, and dental practice protocols

  • Proficiency in IT systems used for managing patient records and scheduling

  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients and team members

  • Well\-developed organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
