Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified dental nurse with receptionist skills, to join our exceptional team.

Dutch Barton is an independent, fully private, and digital (CEREC) dental practice. We offer a full range of general and specialist dental treatments including implants, Sure Smile orthodontic treatment and Endodontics. Oral Surgery and Restorative Specialists on site.

The Role : Full Time \- 35 hours per week \- or shared part time. Permanent.

Pay : From £14\.00 basic. Additional qualifications will be taken into account.

Our ideal Nursing candidate will:

• Be qualified and GDC registered .


• Possess excellent chairside, communication and patient service skills.


• Demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of decontamination and infection control policies.


• Demonstrate efficiency across all areas of SOE dental software \-though training can be provided if necessary.


• Show a positive work attitude.


• Have an ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and enforce GDPR.

Also have Receptionist skills, including:

• To be able to greet patients in a courteous, professional and warm manner.


• Schedule appointments and manage the diary efficiently.


• Answer phone calls, emails and enquiries promptly.


• Maintain patient records accurately \- ensuring confidentiality.


• Process payments, cashing up and banking.


• Be proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
