At Indigo Dental, we're looking for a dedicated dental nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a full\-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dental nurse who enjoys taking on additional responsibility. Alongside providing outstanding chairside support, you will play an important role in helping maintain our clinical standards, supporting compliance, and assisting with the development and training of our nursing team.
What we're looking for
- GDC registered Qualified Dental Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, organised and proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high clinical standards.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience with compliance or mentoring is desirable but not essential.
- Additional qualifications such as radiography, oral health education or fluoride application are welcomed and reflected in salary.
- Chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures.
- Preparing surgeries and maintaining exceptional cross\-infection control standards.
- Supporting patients before, during and after treatment.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Assisting with practice compliance, audits and ensuring CQC standards are maintained.
- Supporting the induction, mentoring and ongoing training of new and existing dental nurses.
- Working closely with the management team to continually improve clinical standards and patient care.
- Helping ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the practice.

Our normal opening hours are:
- Monday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am–7:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm (rota as required).
Lunch is between 1\-2pm daily.
